The Jacaranda originally came from the higher, drier areas of southern Brazil. It is now wild, or ‘naturalised’, in various areas around the world such as in northern New South Wales. This stunningly beautiful, fast-growing tree grows in a wide range of climates and is very popular in gardens and public areas.
