This travelling exhibition was most recently in New York (September 4, 2010 - March 27, 2011). It will next be at the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum in Wisconsin, USA from 23 June to 26 August 2012. Negotiations are currently underway to have the exhibition shown in venues outside USA.

David Mackay is a natural history artist with more than 37 years professional experience. His drawings and paintings have been shown in over fifty solo and group exhibitions in Australia and overseas, including notable exhibitions at the Tryon Gallery, London, the Shirley Sherwood Gallery, London, the Hunt Institute, USA, the Smithsonian Institution, USA, the Arthur and janet Ross Gallery in New York, the Denver Art Museum, the Japan Museum of Art, Tokyo, the NSW National Art Gallery, the New England Regional Art Museum, the Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney and elsewhere.
